Gustav twirling over the ArkLaTex

Gustav is now just a tropical depression, but is continuing to rain and rain and rain on Arkansas. Kelly reported nearly 5-inches and I've received nearly 2-inches. It's interesting how the wind picks up when some of the stronger bands swirl over us. Low light tends to make the picture a little blurry....a nice effect. I can't remember the last time there were 4 storms all lined up.

Talk about the winds .... we've been getting gusts up to 35 miles per hour all afternoon. Look for the rain to continue thru the night and much of tomorrow.

Love the radar and the photo! We did get wind off and on all day. Some of the gusts were hefty, too! Knocked the trash carts over several times.

Naturaly we didn't get but a spit of rain. *Sigh*

Can't believe the lineup of blows!!!! And, we're not quite halfway through the season.

We're now at 8.8". Still have an 80% chance today, but can't tell from the radar if we'll get more or not.
